Authors: Dr. Molly Kappil, is a research consultant for the bloodborne pathogen standard and workplace tuberculosis prevention. A physician by training, she is currently a professor who has been nominated in the "who's who among college professors" more than six times. Dr. Kappil also appears on "Real Women, Real Life" as a cohost on HCCTV, Houston. She is qualified in Osha Standards for General Industry having completed OSHA 511 and the prestigious OSHA 501 Trainer course. Addtionally, she scored a high 71/75 in the lecture demonstration on "PPE for Healthcare Settings" and has done research on occupational diseases.

Thomas K. Cherian, M S, is qualified in environmental and safety management. His name has been associated with medical, dental and veterinary safety training and compliance for well over a decade. He published his first OSHA Manual in the year 2000.
