She is a physician by training and is currently a professor.  She has been nominated in the "who's who among college professors" more than six times. Molly also appears on "Real Women, Real Life" as a cohost on HCCTV, Houston. She has done great deal of research in occupational diseases.  Thomas Cherian, the author, is an M S in environmental and safety management and has been associated with safety training and compliance with medical and dental offices for over a decade. The trainers/authors are authorized OSHA trainers from OSHA TRAINING INSTITUTE, MESQUITE, TEXAS.
