1. Navigate to the top of the website and click on “My Account”.

2. Under “My Account”, there are three options: “Login”, “Register”, and “Online Training”. Click “Login”.

3. You will be taken to a page that says “Customer Login”. There, you will be asked to sign in with your email and password.

4. After logging in to your account, you will be taken to “My Dashboard”, where you will see all information relating to your account, such as your contact information, newsletter subscription, billing and shipping addresses, and more.

5. On the right side of the screen, under “My Account”, click “My Subscriptions”.

6. You will then be taken to a page that lists all of your products that have updates.

7. If you want to download the update for a Manual, click on the Manual you are wanting to download, and it should automatically download a PDF version onto your desktop.

     a) Do not click on the Order # as that takes you to your order information and not the downloaded product. 

8. If you want to download the update for a Welcome Kit, click on the Welcome Kit you are wanting to download, and a .zip folder of the Kit should automatically download onto your desktop.

     a) On a Windows PC, to access the files in your downloaded zipped folder, go to where the file is downloaded on your desktop.

          1. Right-click the zipped folder and click “Extract All…”

          2. From there, you are able to access PDF versions of the files in the Welcome Kit.

     b) On a Mac, to access the files in your downloaded zipped folder, go to where the file is downloaded on your desktop.

          1. Double-click on the file, and it should automatically extract the files from the zipped folder.

          2. From there, you are able to access PDF versions of the files in the Welcome Kit.

          3. Do not click on the Order # as that takes you to your order information and not the downloaded product. 

9. If you want to download the update for a Training, click on the Training you are wanting to download, and a .zip folder of the Training should automatically download onto your desktop.

     a) On a Windows PC, to access the files in your downloaded zipped folder, go to where the file is downloaded on your desktop.

          1. Right-click the zipped folder and click “Extract All…”

          2. From there, you are able to access the Training files.

     b) On a Mac, to access the files in your downloaded zipped folder, go to where the file is downloaded on your desktop.

          1. Double-click on the file, and it should automatically extract the files from the zipped folder.

          2. From there, you are able to access the Training files.

          3. Do not click on the Order # as that takes you to your order information and not the downloaded product.
