Compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is a regulatory requirement that’s fundamental to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Adhering to OSHA standards also protects the organization from potential legal repercussions and penalties. Through our 2024 OSHA package for medical offices, we aim to simplify the compliance process and provide necessary resources for effective implementation, reinforcing a culture of safety throughout your medical office.

Our OSHA package contains four major components:

  • OSHA Manual for Medical Offices (for training and reference)
  • "Do-it-Yourself" Documentation Kit containing mandated safety plans
  • OSHA training resources including a written test, training outline, and more
  • 4 years of technical and consulting support plus free annual updates
  • Free COVID-19 Preparedness and Response Plan Download

Our 2024 OSHA package for medical offices is an easy-to-understand guide with the latest OSHA information and tips to assist in your training and compliance program. Mandatory record keeping requirements have been explained in detail. Post-exposure procedures and medical waste storage and disposal have been reviewed thoroughly. Copious illustrations, pictorial representations, graphical-text interface, etc. have been widely used in the manual for easy understanding. A medical waste disposal flowchart provides a step-by-step account for OSHA and regulated medical waste (RMW) compliance. The latest revision to Hazard Communication Standard based on Globally Harmonized System (GHS) has been included.

The OSHA Documentation Kit has healthcare specific plans to prep your facility for OSHA inspections. Various OSHA mandated and recommended forms are enclosed. Just fill the blank spaces out, and you are in compliance! The documentation kit in word format to customize your facility's safety plans will be provided in the Welcome (Resource) USB. Complete OSHA documentation and information will be available at your fingertip.

The Documentation Kit containing exposure control plan, hazard communication plan, fire prevention plan, emergency action plan, workplace violence prevention plan, etc. is the single most important document for OSHA inspection.

OSHA Review Test: A copy of the OSHA test will be included with your order. It has seventy-five questions taken from the manual for testing your staff on their knowledge of OSHA regulations. A certificate of completion for training is provided (certain conditions apply).

Training Outline: Our training outline will provide the road map for employers to navigate the manual and other OSHA literature that will be sent to you with every order. The outline will also help you prepare your own training plan to ensure that your facility meet its training goals and OSHA compliance requirements.

OSHA for Beginners: Twenty-five OSHA Booklets provided with this order (in the Welcome Kit) will serve as basic OSHA information for employees not familiar with OSHA regulations. They will also gain a better appreciation of OSHA regulations by reviewing these booklets and other OSHA forms.

This package comes with an assortment of materials (in the Welcome Kit) when you order:
